Maintenance

Paint, clean, clean or replace carpet, change locks, and make sure any repairs are completed.

We have 24-hour emergency maintenance technicians on call.

You can call the office, put a work order in on the online Resident Services portal or call stand-by emergency maintenance after hours.

Stop by the office or call our emergency stand-by number if it is after hours.

You can hang pictures, etc. If you paint any walls, they will have to be returned to their original color when you move out.

Amenities

When weather permits, our pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The operating hours are posted at the pool.

Free surface lot parking

Most of our apartments include an in-unit washer/dryer.  

There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee where applicable and additional monthly pet rent per pet in the unit. Please see our Pet Policy on the Amenities page for additional information.

A maximum of two animals are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs is permitted. This animal limit includes pets, Emotional Support Animals, and Service Animals. Unregistered pets are subject to violation and fines. The weight of any individual pet cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two pets cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered. Contact the Leasing Office for a list of breed restrictions.

Packages will be delivered to the Hub by Amazon for most of our communities, some packages may also be delivered to resident’s homes.

There are no quiet hours. We charge a fee to rent our community building (where applicable).

Admin

Appointments are encouraged and can be scheduled online or over the phone. Walk-ins are welcome, but you may have to wait.

Typically, we will have a decision the same day as application. For people relocating from a different state, it could take up to three days.

On the day of your move-in you will pay your security deposit less the holding fee, pro-rated rent for the days you occupy the apartment, and any applicable pet and/or cable and internet fees.

Our Leasing Consultants are happy to provide any information for first-time renters.

You can pay your rent online through our online Resident Services portal, you can also pay your rent via app, or you can pay using a WIPS card.

Sign into your Resident Services account and go to Payments.

Outside of your monthly rent payment, if you choose to house a pet or subscribe to any applicable cable or internet services through our office.

If you break your lease early, a 60-day notice is required, and the fee is 200% of your monthly rental rate.

Oak Creek Parkway Park is approx. 2.5 miles away, and Warnimont Dog Park is less than 10 miles away.

Directions

Take Ryan Road to 22nd Steet and turn north.  Tanglewood is about 1/2 mile down on the east side of the street.
